It’s a question I get asked a lot:
“Lisa, how did you do it? How did you go from being an unknown to one of the most influential entrepreneurs in the online community seemingly overnight? How did you build a $2.2 million-plus business in less than 3 years…and then go on to break $4 million just a year after that?”
And I really wish I had a simple answer to this question. But I don’t. Because there were MANY factors that led to my success.
First of all, if making money from your “thing” seems complicated, I know where you’re coming from. You see, when I first started my business I didn’t have a clue what I should be doing. In fact, I started my business like many of you may have – my job ended and rather than find another one, I decided to try my hand at being an entrepreneur.
But I didn’t know the first thing about starting a business. I didn’t know what I should sell, how I should sell it or who I should sell it to. No one had heard of me (even though I knew how to close 70% of a room, something MANY entrepreneurs would love to learn). I had no products or programs. In fact I was CONVINCED the only way I could work with people was one-on-one, which severely limited not only how much I could earn but how big my business could grow and how many people I could actually help with my gift.

But I was lucky. I found the right people early on and they kept me from spinning my wheels. I was able to quickly get myself on the right path to building a hugely successful business.
So what was my secret? It all boils down to 7 Simple Steps, of course!
One day I decided to share these steps of EXACTLY what I did to:
Grow my business from nothing to $2.2 million-plus a year, practically overnight
Become THE expert and leader in my industry (instead of the best-kept secret)
Create products and programs to make it easy to share my gifts with my ideal clients
Duplicate myself so I can reach more people and make a massive difference in the world
Design a business that fit my desired lifestyle of working from home, living where we want, spending plenty of quality time with my husband and our four and seven year old, and taking amazing family vacations on our own schedule (This year we went to the Whistler Olympics and bought our dream home in La Jolla, CA!)
It took me 3 full days to go through it all, laying it all out in a step-by-step plan that anyone at any stage of business can follow
