This is the complete Lifeflow 2.0 Meditation program for brain entrainment using binaural, monaural and isochronic tones. This program is used for meditation and relaxation. Each tracks use sound technology to get your brainwaves at a specific level (alpha, theta, delta).

Important note : The lifeflow program is designed to be listened to begining with track #10 (alpha waves) down to track #1 (delta waves). One track should be listened for 30-60 days before going to the next track. If you just want to relax, track #10 is amazing. You may stick with it if you want.

For best results, use headphones. Check their forum, it contains useful information.

The “great” question… how to use it ?
Well, if you want to relax while working, browsing internet, reading, etc, just play the music. I suggest to use track #10.
If you want to use it for meditation, just listen to the music and try to avoid external sounds.

This brainwave entrainment music is not magic. It help to get your brainwaves to a specific level. If you listen to this music while working on something stressful, it will simply not work.
