This course aims to level up your life satisfaction along with developing your relationships and career. This course is for individuals who love exceeding expectations, being better than average and want to explore the science of how to achieve deeper levels of happiness.

• 10 Week Program: Once you enroll you will get instant (and unlimited, lifetime) access to over 30 videos and 10 weeks worth of activities. We organized the program to give you an instant burst of happiness but also systematically change your life for the longterm.
