An unprecedented 12-hour virtual Earth Day Celebration! Plus, world-class sustainability leaders in free interviews throughout the spring. Such was the 3rd annual Spring of Sustainability!

For 2014, we pioneered an exciting new format: Yes, we once again featured sustainability luminaries – like Bill McKibben, Frances Moore-Lappe, Randy Hayes, John Robbins, Michael Brune and Vicki Robin …

But we also partnered this year with some of the nation’s leading environmental organizations – like the Sierra Club, Climate Reality, Rainforest Action Network, the National Wildlife Federation, and many more.

It all began with the largest virtual Earth Day Celebration ever, featuring inspiring interviews, panels, music, and activities). Then the powerful activist organizations mentioned above offered free teleseminars, over nine weeks, to present you with:

the most critical issues
inspiring sources of hope
simple actions you can take to make a difference
opportunities to engage with each other to support your activism

The entire program was (and will be again, since it’s an annual event) free to register for, and free to listen to (live, and for 48 hours afterwards). And you can still purchase downloads and transcripts here at a package price.

Co-produced by the Sustainable World Coalition and The Shift Network, the annual Spring of Sustainability intends to both raise awareness and empower large-scale shifts towards sustainability.
