Hello there. My name is Eero Westerberg and I will make sure you’ll survive the workouts and reap the results. I’m a full time strength coach, military trained drill instructor (mortar company) and a mixed martial artist.
Warrior 20XX has the same exercises and workouts I personally use to keep myself in my best shape. There’s no doubt the program should work for you as long as you are ready to do the work – I will be there guiding and pushing you every step of the way.
