Peak Human Development – Offseason Program
This offseason program is designed for the lifter who want to get strong, but also build a little bit of muscle and train using a balanced, traditional approach. Here’s what you’re getting into:
Training four days per week (you can learn how to adjust this in the Unf*ck Your Program course)
Three full-body training days and one upper-body training day
High frequency using the competition lifts and close variations
Moderate volume developed through multiple sets of low reps
