2) strength-skill work to build maximum strength and

3) maximum effort method to learn to display strength in an all-out effort. As a result, you will build a significant amount of muscle mass and will achieve as much 15% strength gains on the big lifts (some might get even more).  Not to mention aesthetics: you will look thicker and more solid, even at rest.
