I Loved it!! My daughter kept asking me if I’d had a drink because I was acting really happy. I slept for about four to five hours and woke up wanting to go on a walk. This is not normal for me or at least hasn’t been for a while. The second day after workshop, I even went on a short jog. I have a shunt in my head due to Hydrocephalus and any activity that raises my heart rate hurts. The pain was minor after this workshop or maybe it was because I was on such a high.
